Hot Stone Massage - CPD course
information
Thermo-geo massage Theresa Maddison-
light up your soul training and therapies
Hot/cold Stones- insurable. Certificate and
manual provided. This will be a minimum of 1 day 10-6 pm
The course will cover:
H&S- stones, heater, therapist, client
Benefits, contra-indications
History and origins of Hot Stones
How to massage, special techniques used
Placement of hot and cold stones
Placement on chakras /spine
How to massage the face with stones /lymph
drainage.
How to look after the stones
Information on heaters/ suppliers.
Learners must have a Government recognised
massage qualification and insurance. Copies of this must be seen on
the day of training.
They need to bring large and small towels and
paper and pen, lunch etc though kitchen facilities are available.

Angel workshop- Learning to work
with your Angels
Usually 3-hours 10-1. £25 + 50p tea /biscuit
money

They will learn how to create a
sacred space to commune with Angels
·
They will learn what crystals are
good, and which colours help meditate to commune
·
They will learn what particular
Angels/Archangels help with what problems
·
They will receive a guided
meditation to aid them in recognising Angel energy.
·
They will look at Angel cards and
how they help and receive a card.
Bring warm clothes, a meditation stool or
mat/pillow. Water/preferred drinks. A small contribution is required
for tea/milk and biscuits.
Learning materials provided but bring pen and
paper!
