How to find Body Mind Spirit
From Greys Bridge at the lower end of Dorchester High Street - turn left into Kings Road and left into Alington Road at the Fordington roundabout. Continue along Alington Road - over mini-roundabout then immediately turn left into Jonson Park (after a large round conifer tree and before the railway bridge). There is parking in front of the building and the Body Mind Spirit Centre is up the stairs.
